Straight pricing for mobile golf simulator hire in Brisbane, no surprises

Pricing is the first question. Fair enough — you need to know whether it fits the budget before you go any further.

Here's what mobile golf simulator hire in Brisbane actually costs, what's included, what changes the price, and how to think about value relative to other corporate entertainment options.

Standard pricing

Package Duration Price (ex GST)
Standard Activation 4 hours from $1,600
Pro Activation 6 hours from $2,000
Raceday VIP Full day $3,500
Additional hours Per hour $150

These are our baseline rates for events within Brisbane and South East Queensland. No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons at the end.

What's included at every tier:

  • Professional host for the full duration of the activation
  • All equipment (inflatable or compact indoor enclosure, Rapsodo MLM2 Pro launch monitor, BenQ projector, hitting mat, all cabling)
  • Software setup — GSPro or Awesome Golf, chosen for your crowd
  • Competition format and leaderboard management
  • Setup and packdown
  • Travel within Brisbane

You're not hiring equipment. You're booking a staffed, managed activation. The host is included — not an optional extra.

What affects the final price

Duration: The biggest variable. A 4-hour window handles most corporate functions comfortably — cocktail hour to close, or a structured activity block. Six hours suits full-day events, large conferences, or events where the simulator runs across multiple sessions.

Raceday format: The day rate covers a significantly longer operating window — we're typically on site for 8+ hours at race day events. The raceday package is priced to reflect that.

Additional hours: If your event runs long and you want to extend, additional hours are $150 each. We prefer to know in advance so we can plan accordingly, but we'll accommodate on the day when possible.

Travel: Events within Brisbane are included in the standard rates. Events outside this area attract a travel rate of $1.20/km return. We'll include this in your quote upfront — it won't show up as a surprise on an invoice.

Sponsorship and branding packages: If you want the activation to carry brand presence — sponsor naming rights, branded enclosure wrap, staff in client-branded polo shirts — that's handled through our sponsorship packages. See below.

Sponsorship and white label pricing

For events where a corporate sponsor or brand wants to take ownership of the activation experience:

Package Price (ex GST)
White Label Premium - (Front Banner, Digital Leaderboard, Our Branding Removed, Sponsor Uniforms, On-Behalf-Of Delivery, End-to-End Production) $1,800
White Label Standard - (Front Banner, Digital Leaderboard, Our Brand On-Site, Turnkey Delivery) $1,000

These packages cover branded assets on the enclosure and surrounding setup. Production lead time is 3–4 weeks from logo receipt — factor this into planning if you're running a sponsored event.

Deposit and payment terms

We quote with a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The balance is due before the event date.

The reason we structure it this way: our dates fill up. A confirmed deposit holds your date. A verbal confirmation doesn't. For corporate clients working to a run sheet, confirming your supplier and date early is worth the deposit.

We invoice cleanly. Deposit amount in dollars, balance in dollars — no percentages, no ambiguity.

How golf simulator hire cost compares to other corporate entertainment

The $1,600 standard rate is the question that needs context.

Compare it to what the same budget gets you in other corporate entertainment formats:

  • DJ:$600–$1,200 for 4 hours — passive entertainment, guests don't participate
  • Cocktail masterclass:$1,200–$1,800 for 20–30 guests — limited capacity, one session
  • Trivia night host:$600–$1,000 — low production value, mixed engagement
  • Axe throwing (off-site):$400–$600 per person plus travel — high per-head cost, off-site logistics
  • Mobile bar service:$1,500–$2,500 — no entertainment value, purely functional

The golf simulator at $1,600 gives you structured competitive entertainment for 60–80 guests over 4 hours, with a professional host managing the experience end-to-end. On a per-head basis for a mid-size corporate event, it's competitive with most equivalent options — and it's the one they'll actually talk about the following Monday.

The dwell time argument is worth making explicitly: entertainment that guests participate in repeatedly, come back to check a leaderboard, and discuss with colleagues throughout the evening has a different value profile than entertainment they consume once and forget.

Best value golf simulator hire in SEQ

We're not the cheapest option in Brisbane. We're not trying to be.

There are operators who'll deliver equipment, show you how to turn it on, and leave. That's a different product for a different use case. If that's what you're after, the market has options at lower price points.

What we offer is a managed activation with a professional on the floor for the full duration, equipment that performs reliably, and experience running events from corporate functions to major golf tournaments. The price reflects that.

If you've been burned by a supplier who showed up underprepared or left you to manage a piece of equipment you didn't understand — that's the problem this model solves.

What to ask before you book any golf simulator

Regardless of which operator you book with, ask these questions:

  1. Is a host/operator included, or do I manage the equipment myself?
  2. What happens if there's a technical problem during the event?
  3. What does setup timing look like and when do you need venue access?
  4. What are the space requirements?
  5. Is travel included in the quote?

The answers tell you immediately what you're buying. A quote that doesn't answer these questions before you ask them is worth probing on.

Getting a quote

The fastest way to get a clear price for your event is to fill in a quote request. Give us:

  • Event date
  • Venue suburb
  • Approximate guest count
  • Duration you're thinking

We'll come back with a clear quote, the recommended package, and any questions we need answered before confirming.
